| It looks good to me. You are somewhat on the low side for calorie intake. Make sure to eat enough so that you do not starve through the day. You do a good job of adding fat to your diet. I think I would eat a bit more substantial veggies that just salad. it will help you get more carbs and more fiber. But you're off to a good start. I like the absence of sweeteners and frankenfood. What do you drink during the day?

Well I was just going by the 2 cups of salad vegetables and the one cup of cooked. There are not a huge amount of cooked vegetables I enjoy, so I have had, Cauliflower, leeks, greens, string beans, and well that's about it so far . I honestly thought the calories looked a bit high. But I have no idea how many you should consume really. But anyway to answer your question I drink water. That's it. Just plain old boring ice water. And about 8-10 glasses a day at the moment. What's frankenfood? |
