| I think it looks good. Great on eating veggies, using fats and limiting sweeteners. You have lost 11 pounds already? That is wonderful! Snacks - I like veggies - especially jicama - nice and crunchy On induction I liked olives and devilled eggs. Cream cheese is one of my favourite treats.

| I lost 11 pounds while I was calorie counting and then switched over to atkins because I have always been a carb addict and "fake" sugar and thought this would be an excellent way of taking that next step into healthy. Little do people know, atkins is the best and healthiest diet plan out there! It takes all the chemicals, sugar, flour out! I use to use this 0 calorie butter spray and I didn't know half of the ingredience that went into it! Now I eat real butter that just has cream and salt!

| That is so true. I think this is one thing I have learned from Atkins too. Eating so much cleaner and I am so much more aware of the strange chemicals that are added in all kinds of food.
