| Hi Izza ![]() I moved your post into the 'Review my menu' forum to make it more visible to other members to respond to. Your food choices seem OK except that cauliflower is a 'one-cup' veg, not on the 'salad veg' list, so you are over by one of the 1-cup veg and down on your 2-cup veggies, I dont know what '4c' is, so can't say if that is 'legal' for induction.

| If I remember correctly from my US stint this summer, 4c is some drink made with splenda. Am I right? Splenda is allowed, but 3 servings at most. I don't know how big is a bottle (?) of 4c. As a rule of thumb, 8 oz juice = 1 serving of sweetener.

| Shoot! Already messed up. Do you measure the cawliflower before or after cooking. I cooked a bunch up and measured after cooking. |

| Best to measure raw before cooking, as some foods shrink down after being cooked. You can weigh instead of using a cup measure. Soliwit posted a list she has compiled of all the weights per cup and fractions of a cup of the induction vegetables in the 14-day induction forum which I often consult to make sure. Weights of vegetables per cup measure
