| I think it looked very good. Make sure that you read the ingredient list for sausages, beef patties to eliminate any sugar that is there. How are you doing? Looked like you were doing a low calorie diet earlier?

| Hi Liv, thank you so much for your input. Yes, I've been reading the ingredients on everything. The only thing throwing me off now is the blue cheese dressing. I need to find a thick dressing I like without sugar. Unfortunately I have not been able to find one. Yes, I was doing the 6WBMO .... I was doing well and had lost 20 lbs on it. However, my husband hated being on it with me. So he asked I give the Atkins a chance. This is my first time on Atkins and so far I think I'm doing ok. I find that having a support team will be very helpful to me. Thank you again for you feedback .. |

| You can easily make your own dressing. In my DANDR there is a recipe in the recipe section for it that I have made a couple of times. Have you found Linda's recipe page. It rocks. Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Home
