| Hello I lost 90lbs. on Atkins back in '03 and kept it off for awhile. However, I've recently restarted and am a bit "out of loop", KWIM? I didn't notice anything really "bad" on your FitDay. I don't recall tomatoes being legal during Induction. Maybe reduce the amount of pepperoni. Don't forget 12-15 of your carbs should come from your salad and veggies.

| Hi ladies...okay first yes there isdextrose in the pepperoni! Oh my stars, Duuh liss if it rymes with gross don't eat it! Okay, so no more pepperoni for me. And Kristen, happy to meet a fellow 5'10er, lol. But, what is KWIM? I'm okay with staying away from most everything....what I am missing the most is iced tea. Oh yummmmy! How I miss it, lol. Thanks for pointing out the pepperoni, that sucks that I can't have it. I was so happy about it too because I love the tast and because it is such a quick little snack....oh well...on to a pepperoni free me =) |

| I think if you are having an issue I would stay away from it for now. The salt (also the salt in the pork rinds) may cause the little bit of up due to water retention you experienced. But perhaps that sugar is a bit of a problem. When or if you reintroduce it again just start with a little bit and see how it goes. I thought what you were eating otherwise looked fine. Keep drinking (I know you are in the waterchallenge so that is super cool

| I was eating pepperoni too. Now that I've stopped I'm noticing a slight increase in weight loss
