| That's weird, you're diet looks great! Are you're clothes fitting better, and have you taken measurements? I would try cutting back on cheese and seeing if that makes a difference. Good luck!

| I would try cutting out some of the processed meats such as bologna and salami. I know that too many of those make me stall. |

| I would cut out the processed meats they can be high in sodium and have hidden sugars. Also some people do not lose weight on crystal light. Might be worth a visit to the doctor for a check up and don't forget if you are on any medications, they may alter your ability to lose weight.

| Processed meats are bad for you, period. I agree, I think you should get rid of them. I would also cut out the Crystal light as it may be stalling your weightloss. Also, make sure your mayo and ranch do not have sugar as an ingredient. And remember exercise will make you retain water. Best of luck |

| instead of crystal light have you tried a different drink mix? like 4C makes one with no sugar, no carbs, no calories and it comes in tea, lemonade, fruit punch and other flavors. maybe that would help? when i use it i only do a half packet per bottle of water because there is alot of flavor in a whole packet. or you could try simply lemon or simply lime packets to add a touch of flavor to your water. i don't know what it has carb-wise. i just saw it in the store.

| yes u should definitley cut out the proccesed meats especially sauseges. they contain lots of sodium and hidden sugars. try leaner types of meat, like lean ground beef with ur omlet in the moring, its fantastic. and fried filet of salmon with olive oil and veggies tastes reallyyy great. just keep in mind that if u consume alot of sodium, without replenishing ur body with enough water, then ur body will hold back on releasing all the excess water, and u might even end up gaining weight just like i did. to sum things up...lower sodium consumption, and increase water intake. and choose leaner cuts of meat and fish |

| You guys are all great!! Thanks so much for all the advice. I will definitely cut out the processed lunch meats and watch my cheese or even cut it out all together too. I have a few more questions regarding what is considered processed meats, like is sausage or brats safe to eat or not? How about canned tuna or salmon? Beef jerky? I know the jerky has some sodium in it, and I usually only try to eat that if there are no other options....road trip and there is nothing carb friendly at the gas station. I sometimes have some tea or coffee sweetened with sweet-n-low, but I try not to do it that often because of the caffeine, I thought the crystal light would be more carb friendly. If you guys think I should cut all those out I can totally plan better and prepare different foods....I just really want to do this right and get the results that I want! |
