Help with induction menu please | I just need some reasurrance or correction on my menu so far. Iam on my first day of induction. I really hope iam on the right track, I havent missed my carbs one bit! Thanks Oh and diet rite soda just want to make sure its allowed...*fingers crossed*
For BF I had one serving of CHEESEBURGER QUICHE
1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup onion, chopped, 1 3/4 ounces
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced, 1 1/4 ounces
2 eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup cream
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper, to taste
Makes 6 servings Per Serving: 465 Calories; 40g Fat; 24g Protein; 2g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 1.5g Net Carbs Snack one srvg CUCUMBERS IN SOUR CREAM
2 cucumbers, peeled, 14 ounces
1/4 cup sour cream
2 green onions, finely chopped
Pinch dill weed, optional
