| Hey there, You don't have enough carbs indeed, but that is because you are not eating enough veggies. Also, remember that Atkins is a high fat, moderate protein diet, and not a high protein diet. You don't seem to be eating enough fat. It's hard to tell you more without knowing quantities, but I would advise you to take some time and read the sticky linked below: If you are NEW, READ THIS!

| What fats should I be eating? I use butter and oil. Should I be incorporating those fats into every meal? |

| It doesn't matter what fats you are eating as long as you are eating them in the proper quantities (the percentages you should aim for are written in the sticky). You can have avocado, butter, olive oil, sour cream and heavy cream (in the quantities allowed), cheese (maximum 4 oz), fatty meat... the list is very long.

| Normally I don't care about individual meals as long as I have the right percentages at the end of the day. However, each meal should have some fat in it, there is no recommended quantity for this. For example, eating roasted chicken breast without skin and 1/2 cup boiled zucchini is bad because you don't have fat... most people would get cravings eating this; but eating roasted chicken breast with skin, 1/2 cup boiled zucchini and 1/2 cup lettuce with olive oil & vinegar is better as it has fat.
