| I gotta ask, what phase are you in? if induction you need to lose the fruit and tortilla, check the carbs in the peanut butter, check the carbs in the protein shake, check the salmon patties for carbs (bread as a binder), and get some fat in there. That looks pretty low in fat...

| I see from your other posts that you are "new to Atkins". You need to get into the rules of Atkins. For the first two weeks they are very strict. So go there. The rules are explained in the book but you can look in some of the stickies here too. See the post under and read it and stickies carefully. And good luck! You can do it If you are NEW, READ THIS!

| As well as the advice already given I shall mention the creamer and half&half only. Neither of these are a good choice as the half&half contains milk and we are only allowed cream on induction, and the creamer might well also have 'illegal' ingredients, so check the label to make sure.
