That looks like a good varied 'legal' menu for induction, except that the avocado 'allowance' according to the special category list is only one half rather than a whole one.!
Well done on drinking your water too

It was a lot of bacon there. It is not really wrong but bacon is often cured with sugar and have preservatives and is quite salty so I would work on limiting it to fewer strips. If you are hungry add another egg. Cannot go wrong with eggs.

How about cheese. you say 1/2 cup. Are you using more than the 3-4 ounces allowed?

I also thought you probably should add some more fat to your lunch and supper.

I agree.. Why not add some olive oil and vinegar to your salad. Seems a little dry with only lemon juice and salt. Also.. lemon juice is limited to a certain amount on induction.

Other wise looks good. You're onto a great start.

well as far as the cheese i thought just with the 1/2 cup i was intaking the 4 oz of cheese a day maybe at times a little bit more. And is 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese 0 carbs?.
omg i soo need to get the Atkins book...lol. I'm just going by what the atkins.com says i didnt think it involved so much morel my friends just said eat meats, cheese, eggs, veggies well its more than that i'm glad i looked more into it.
so what kind of fats besides the oil and vinegar should i be intaking?

I think getting the book is a great idea. It will be such a help. The book is also great motivation I find.
There are also some really good stickies in the FAQ forum here you could look through

You have to be careful with the cheese - so easy to overdo. So measure out 3-4 oz and then grade it.

For fats - butter is good so is mayo. And there are many different oils you can use. Also using eating skin on chicken adds fat - so does cooking meats in oil.

Have you tried fitday? I find that it is a good tool for me to get a good handle on how much fat, protein and carbs I am eating.
