| What is the total amount of cheese you eat in a day? That my be the culprit. Are you getting any exercise? How long has this been going on?

| I think your menu looks good. How are the percentages in carbs, fat, proteins? What about calories? Have you been measuring for inches as well. There are many time on our journey that we will lose inches but the scale will stay the same. Weird I know but true. Our body composition is changing and we are getting thinner and healthier so it is important to keep an eye on that kind of progress too and not just the scale. Are you working out? I would walk up the ladder normally and not fluctuate. Add another 5 carbs of veggies and see what happens. I agree with Glenda - watch the cheese.

| I would try going up the ladder too. I was surprised to break a stall by adding an extra 5gs of veg and watching the cheese intake. Good luck. |

| Hi All, thank you for the input and suggestions. I reviewed a couple of days menu and think my cheese consumption may be a bit high (5-6 oz). My ratio is usually 60-70%fat, 6-7% Carbs, and 25-35% protein. I wasn't working out but have added cardio now so hopefully that will help me break through the plateau. I will also watch the cheese and increase vegetables to see if that can help get those numbers moving. I bought a measuring tape and took measurements for the first time today so will also start keeping track of those for those times when the scale is not being friendly. Thanks for all the help.
