| Im not sure cause im new but if I was you Id ask my self am I eating enoff or often enoff and is the weight coming off? Becouse if you anser no to any of these ? you might be seting your self up to fail cause that could cause binging or if not losing like i said you might start storing fat cause our bodies can go ito servival mode good luck u can doit |

| Yes you are eating too little some days. Now some times when we go into ketosis appetite may go down but you should try to get your calories over 1200 everyday. Starving is counter productive on Atkins. (and anytime you try to diet actually) What also worried me a bit about your menu was that you did get so few carbs from veggies. Most of your daily carbs should come from veggies so you have to work on that part. Remember to drink all your water everyday.

| More Veggies! I can certainly do that. I think maybe I had it so stuck in my head that I was going to have to eat more meat (I had been practically a vegetarian) that I have been skimping on my vegetables. I definitely am not trying to starve, but I know that not eating enough can slow metabolism. I will be working on that! I think I need to eat more often: hard as a massage therapist, but I will find a way! I do drink my water! I just don't bother to log it, it's too much of a hassle. I am certain I drink a minimum of a gallon a day. Thanks for the advice ladies! :] |
