| You need to limit artificial sweeteners during induction. when you add them back in you can find out if you have problems with them. Aspartame in particular has more side effects then what you realize. Many people on here avoid it. Crystal lite and Jello both have aspartame and is not for induction, so be careful!

| It all depends on your body's resistence to aspartame (which is in both jello and crystal light). Most people have trouble consuming aspartame during induction while maximizing weight loss but if your body seems to be processing it, then perhaps it will be okay for you? My suggestion would be stay away!!! lol |

| Dr Atkins suggested we make our own 'jello' (jelly in UK) by using unsweetened gelatine and a 'legal' sweetener. He also told us to limit our sweetener (in food plus drinks) to 3 servings per day.
