| I think its okay but I don't think it's enough food. Remember you absolutely are not allowed to be hungry on this diet. Breakfast, 3 eggs scrambled, 2 slices of bacon and a sprinkle of cheese Lunch, one hamburger patty, one slice of cheese, lettuce and a tomato slice, mayo and mustard Dinner, Taco salad with out the chips, but with sour cream, slice 1/2 avocado, salsa, lettuce, onions and an ounce of cheese. Try to spread out your veggies over the day so you don't load up on them in one meal. Good question, you'll get the hang of this |

| Ha thanks for another menue, but you see, I am not really hungry when i eat this. I drink so much water, that l dont feel a craving for any food, but l will take your advice on the vegies.
