| It is normal to see pauses on our journey. But also good to investigate How many carbs are those? Are most of your carbs from vegetables? Are you eating 3 cups vegetables - only one from the other list and 2-3 from the salad list. I cannot tell from your menu? Any thoughts about OWL - some people will lose more adding in veggie carbs. Keep drinking water. Lots of it.

| I try to stay between 20-23 grams of carbs a day. I think I will incorporate more water into my diet. I make a point to eat three cups of veggies a day, Mon and Tues. I wasnt hungry or thirsty at all, and had to remind myself to drink/eat something.. Maybe my body went into a mini starvation mode, stalling my weight loss. |

| You should consider moving to OWL, imo. The only folks benefiting from doing extended induction are those who are metabolically resistant or have a lot to lose. In 4 weeks, you lost 18% of those 33 lbs! I could tell you that doing this and that will make you lose faster, but it will probably not happen. I think all you need to do is be patient -- 18% is a great percentage!

| Oops, I didn't see your last post. Something else. Diet sodas are known to stall some folks or slow down their weight loss, so you might want to eliminate those and see if it makes any difference.

| We all know how frustrating this can be How many days has it been since the scale hasn't moved? If I remember correctly Dr. Atkins defined a stall as not losing any weight or inches for four weeks. You've lost 6 in the last four weeks. How many pounds in each week? Since my December 10 restart I've had two ten day periods where the scale did not move down even though I was on plan and exercising about 5 days a week - 10 days can seem like an eternity Hang in there... |

| Thanks! I do intend to stay on this WOE for life, I am thinking I need to up my veggies and water intake. MOST days i do great.. but some days.... well. i think those "some days" of only drinking 60oz of water, or not enough veggies through me off. Im trying to be more diligent about it. Thanks you guys! |
