Default I am at a weight loss stall. Here is my menu:

Breakfast: Bacon and cheese egg omelet
Snack. cheese (the string kind pre packaged-Bordens)
Lunch: Chicken, broccoli and butter
Snack: Pork rinds. (5-7 and i do count them out and put them in "snack bags" so i dont have access to the whole bag)
Dinner: Shrimp Cucumber salad with ranch.

I drink about 64-80 oz of water a day. I have a coke zero in the morning.
(12 oz can)
I am still in ketosis, so i am not sure whats going on.. Maybe i should up my exercise? I have found some days i have to remind myself its lunch or snack time.. I am still in it for the long haul, but was hoping i wouldve dropped more weight by now. I am 4wks in and have lost 6lbs. Any and all help is appreciated! I am not griping about the 6lbs and I have lost 4.5 in total all over..But, I would like to lose a little more

It is normal to see pauses on our journey. But also good to investigate

How many carbs are those? Are most of your carbs from vegetables? Are you eating 3 cups vegetables - only one from the other list and 2-3 from the salad list. I cannot tell from your menu?
Any thoughts about OWL - some people will lose more adding in veggie carbs.
Keep drinking water. Lots of it.

I try to stay between 20-23 grams of carbs a day. I think I will incorporate more water into my diet. I make a point to eat three cups of veggies a day, Mon and Tues. I wasnt hungry or thirsty at all, and had to remind myself to drink/eat something.. Maybe my body went into a mini starvation mode, stalling my weight loss.

You should consider moving to OWL, imo. The only folks benefiting from doing extended induction are those who are metabolically resistant or have a lot to lose.

In 4 weeks, you lost 18% of those 33 lbs! I could tell you that doing this and that will make you lose faster, but it will probably not happen. I think all you need to do is be patient -- 18% is a great percentage!

Hey Georgina,, I have moved to OWL. Or at least I think i have. ????. On induction I was only eating 15-18 carbs, so Ive added 5 carbs via vegetables. (broccoli) 18% is a great percentage You are so right! I think I need to re-read OWL to better understand what im Going through. Thanks for the input!!

Oops, I didn't see your last post. Are those net carbs? How many of them are coming from vegetables?

Something else. Diet sodas are known to stall some folks or slow down their weight loss, so you might want to eliminate those and see if it makes any difference.

We all know how frustrating this can be .

How many days has it been since the scale hasn't moved? If I remember correctly Dr. Atkins defined a stall as not losing any weight or inches for four weeks. You've lost 6 in the last four weeks. How many pounds in each week?

Since my December 10 restart I've had two ten day periods where the scale did not move down even though I was on plan and exercising about 5 days a week - 10 days can seem like an eternity . Both times, after the 10 day period I lost a little every day after that. Our bodies are all very different. We lose weight differently and weight loss is never linear.

Hang in there...

Thanks! I do intend to stay on this WOE for life, I am thinking I need to up my veggies and water intake. MOST days i do great.. but some days.... well. i think those "some days" of only drinking 60oz of water, or not enough veggies through me off. Im trying to be more diligent about it. Thanks you guys!
