Start to the healthy me | | | I have read the book, but I'm just so nervous about this and want to do it right, I just need some help along the way. I dont know if im eating to little or too much here is a days of what i have eaten
Please comment back on what you think.. to little, to much? what do i need more/less of?

Day One:
Breakfast- Two egg scrambled w/ a pinch of onions and Two jimmy dean sausage patties (very small ones)
2 glasses of water (16oz)
Lunch- One and a half cup of romaine lettuce, One mozz.string cheese stick, 6 thin slices of ham, 5 slices of cucumber.
2 glasses of water (16oz)
Snack- Two scrambled eggs with a tablespoon of ketchup
Dinner- "Taco Salad" Hamburg, 1 cup iceburg lettuce, 5 slices of cucumber, 1/2 cup of mexican mixed cheese. 2 tablespoons of sour cream
2 glasses of water (160z)
Late night snack- 2 slices of american cheeder cheese, microwaved into chedder chips. @ tablespoons of sour cream.
On/Off during the day: pepporoni | |
