| I don't think you are eating too much but you are eating some stuff that you are not supposed to. There is a cheese limit of 3-4 oz but velvetta and ricotta are not allowed. Try cream cheese instead. Flax is not an induction thing either Recheck the list of allowed stuff and readjust Congratulations with your loss. Hope you had a great break.

| Yeah, the cheese thing!! Thank goodness I don't love cheese. I have to make myself eat string cheese for a snack!! Don't worry too much right now about eating too much food. Very soon you'll feel almost no hunger and you're going to have to remind yourself to put some fuel in your body. Do study up on the allowed cheeses and quantities. |

| Thank you for the advice re: cheese and flax! I am a cheese lover, so whenever I can, I love to squeeze cheese into the day! I am always so worried about what I am eating. I guess with more successful weight loss, I will become more aware of how foods affect me...
