| It looks somewhat fine. Are you drinking plenty of water? The one problem with your menu is that you are not following the rules with regards to the vegetables. You should have 3 cups of vegetables but only one of those cuts can come from the "other vegetables list" And you are not following that always. So refresh your rules and readjust that part. Also it is hard to say if you are following the rules about cheese as you are not telling us how much cheese you are eating. I have no idea what tonie is?

| im not eating that much cheese. just one slice on my burger and 1 ounce or less on my turkey roll ups with only equal out to 3 turkey roll up. Then if i dont eat turkey roll ups then i eat cheese on my eggs. not that much. And i did stuff broccolli and cheese in my chicken that had about 1/2 cup of shredded but for 6 breast. I ate two small ones. You cant stuff that much stuffing in them. Im drinking plenty of water. at least 5 16 oz bottles a day. I had a sore throat so i ate 3 cough drops the roccoli lemon kind. that will be ok huh. I guess ill eat more salad vegtables. I like salad. i eat 2 peices of lettus on my burger and usually get a salad. What does your induction menu look like? I just started on wellbutrin. I was on amitriptyline but it made me gain weight so i got off of that. Any advice? oh and tonis is a cajin spice blend. |

| I am not induction. Have not been for quite a while. You are a little to worried about finding out what other people are doing. What you need to do it to look at the allowed food list in the book and make a menu for YOU!!! Because only if you like it will you actually stick to it. I know it can be a bit confusing in the beginning. But I think you are doing pretty good there. My induction menu probably did not look that much different from yours. I like eggs.

| As Liv said, your menus look fine if you are incorporating 3 cups of veg into them and sticking to the cheese limits for induction ![]() I notice you are planning quite a lot of bacon for breakfast - you might find that after a few days on induction that your appetite decreases and you won't need to eat as many pieces to satisfy your hunger. You mentioned having some cough drops - did you check the ingredients on them for sugar? If they do have sugar you might find you get cravings because of it, so be aware of that and be prepared to resist You should be able to find sugarfree cough drops which are marketed for diabetics.

| im thinking i am eating too much.. i ate 5 peices of bacon, a sausage and an omlete. with herbel tea with 2 packets splenda and a drop of milk in it. I have ate 6 cough drops there sugar free roccoli drops. had a sore throat. And ive gained a pound. Im thinking maybe cause my period is comeing. I have been sick for two days though. so i have been sleeping alot. not really exercising at all. except first day. going to exercise this morning cause i feel better. Could those be reasons. I realize im not eating enough vegies from salad list, but i ate from other veges list. like asparagas and aot of broccolli and i had a spinich salad. soo im thinking i need to improvise my menu a bit. water intake is kinda low cause ive been sick too. like only 4 16 ounce glasses a day which is 4 or 5 bottles. any advice. |

| The fact that something is sugar free does not mean that we can eat it on induction. So you have to think about the rules. But with a sore throat Milk is not on the induction list. Use full fat cream. Watch that artificial sugar intake. You are limited to three a day and if you are doing sugar free drops and splenda you are really over doing it. I hope that helps a bit. I think your body may be retaining water because you are eating a lot of salty processed stuff like bacon and sausage. Keep drinking plenty of water that will help. And yes TOM will cause weight fluctuation. Take a break from the scale. Perhaps you should join the scale free challenge? http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...lenge-6-a.html (Semi Annual WEIGH?
