Are you on induction?

If so, you shouldn't be having nuts or whey and poss PB (not sure what that is!)

Hi SRK
You have not checked the rules for induction yet it looks like. There are some things you have to eat that you are not eating enough of: Vegetables. You have one cup of aspargus there but you need 2 cups more veggies.
And you are eating things that are out on induction such as whey, nuts, peanut butter. Remember only eat from the induction list. Anything else is out.
Here is the induction list
http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...induction.html (What foods can be eaten on Induction?)
Also you are eating a lot of protein. Atkins is a high fat diet so make sure you have fats with your proteins and vegetables always.

Drink plenty of water too. Plenty
Take your supplements
It looked pretty good but you have to do those few adjustments
Are you working out?
