| Hi SRK You have not checked the rules for induction yet it looks like. There are some things you have to eat that you are not eating enough of: Vegetables. You have one cup of aspargus there but you need 2 cups more veggies. And you are eating things that are out on induction such as whey, nuts, peanut butter. Remember only eat from the induction list. Atkins is a high fat diet so make sure you have fats with your proteins and vegetables always. Drink plenty of water too. Plenty Take your supplements It looked pretty good but you have to do those few adjustments Are you working out?
