| Two things pop out... 1)where are your veggies 2) your calories are awfully low. don't put your body into starvation mode. |

| I will start adding veg into my list this is my startng days so i am first trying to like to diet then try to Substitute with small amount of veg. Then about amount of food intake the problem is once i eat my eggs i fell so full. So i stop taking any more food. |

| Start with veggies first. It's more important to get those in than the eggs, and they are not so satiating anyway. Try to think of Atkins as a lifestyle, not as a diet. "Dieting" has some sort of negative connotations associated to it and will only make you feel sorry for yourself for not able to eat junk and simply watch calories.
