I didnt have any headache today which is a good sign but i still dont have much energy to start working out (as much as i like)
I just had 10 minute walk and i was exhausted, so i kept taking 10 minute walks throughout the day.

My weight shot up 2 lbs from yesterday but im not weighing myself again for a week to see the real result.
I hope im in ketosis even though i dont see many signs, (no boost in energy, no sweating, no bad taste in mouth)

please comment, advice, i love hearing from you guys honestly, this forum keeps me going

It dosen't look like you are eating enough for the day. Are you eating 3 meals a day with 2 small snacks? It might help if you can be a litte more descriptive with your meals.

i feel nausea if i force myself to eat, I am feeling no hunger and feel quite satisfied. I never had three big meals, its usually small portions throughout the day. whenever i feel hunger i start eating from allowed list but in small portions (previously it was always sugary and carby things)

i snacked on around 4 slices of cheddar cheese also

but thats about it

Doesn't look bad. You are probably around 1500-1600 calories or so, aren't you? I don't know what's your weight, but depending on that you might want to increase this number. You can do it by adding more fat to your current meals (butter, oil).

If one slice of cheddar has 1 oz, then you go a little over your cheese allotment. The maximum is 3-4 oz per day.

You should be drinking at least eight 8-oz glasses of water per day. The more you weigh, the more water you need though. As a rule of thumb, you need 64 oz, plus another 8 oz for every 25 lbs you have to lose.

Imagine that you're doing great, losing weight, feeling better than ever, thrilled with yourself, hearing compliments from friends and acquaintances---and then it happens! Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!"

Did you not have breakfast? Breakfast is a pretty important meal for everyone but especially for us on Atkins as we try to keep our bloodsugar stable.

I do eat breakfast (egg with mayo+water)
I think you are right Liv, im Over doing the cheese intake so i am going to cut on that. I started off 189lbs but now 184lbs(5'5) in just 4 days but I think its mostly water weight because i dont see any difference. Probably ill see some difference after 20lbs or so, it seems like such a long journey but i keep telling myself, atleast im not gaining weight! losing some slow but its going.

its hard to stay motivated when Im the only atkinier in the family, everyone else is slim trim even though they eat all the carbs, they have good motabolism unlike mine i guess
