| It dosen't look like you are eating enough for the day. Are you eating 3 meals a day with 2 small snacks? It might help if you can be a litte more descriptive with your meals.

| Did you not have breakfast? Breakfast is a pretty important meal for everyone but especially for us on Atkins as we try to keep our bloodsugar stable.

I think you are right Liv, im Over doing the cheese intake so i am going to cut on that. I started off 189lbs but now 184lbs(5'5) in just 4 days its hard to stay motivated when Im the only atkinier in the family, everyone else is slim trim even though they eat all the carbs, they have good motabolism unlike mine i guess
