| How about buying the 2002 edition of the book. Read up on how to do induction and then do it. (I would not have any sweeteners those two weeks of induction) You would get into ketosis that way and get a fresh start.

I see that you are no longer doing induction, but I would back down to when you were losing and then skip the dairy rung |

| I never had sweeteners during induction and I was in ketosis. My diet is the same now as it was after I finished the induction which was the 3rd week in May 2008. I did lose. I can verify the boredom of my diet. The only thing different is if I go out for chicken wings and antipasto... we started that recently. Although the wings are MILD (no hot sauce) the antipasto has a few chichi beans in it.

| But you are putting on weight and probably not in ketosis now so you need to do something. I am thinking that you need to try the DANDR method. And that you need to start at the beginning and then gradually add stuff. Over the last new months you have posted saying - now I eat or drink this and I am not losing or I am putting on weight but you are not following the rules in DANDR - My suggestion is - why not try it?
