| Well, looks like your low in the veggies. What is half milk? Yeah, I think your eating to much protein and not enough veggies and even your fat is a little high, but I wouldn't worry about that right now. |

| Kaviprak Most of your carbs should come from veggies but you are getting your carbs from sweeteners (in tea and in processed products) and dairy. This you could improve by cutting down on sweeteners and by adding some vegetables to your menu. Right now there are no salad veggies listed. And also please eat a little bit more. Barely 1000 calories are not enough. On Atkins it is counter productive to starve. Remember to drink plenty of water Are you feeling fine?

| Well unless you are Santa Claus I don't think you can be on Atkins and eat cookies and milk. You need to sharpen up a bit. In stead eat some proper meals - more calories and more veggies. Follow the book. It works
