| Hi Lori, I found you. Okay, first, what day are you on for Induction? Do you use fitday to track your food intake? www.fitday.com It's a great way to track your ratios for Induction. They should be 65% fat, 30% protein and 5% net carbs. Also, if you're taking in too little calories, your metabolism will go into starvation mode and hold onto the pounds. Get back with us on the questions and then we'll go over your menu. It looks good just maybe not enough calories.
