| Having kids changes your body so do not expect exactly the same to happen again. (It is a bummer I know About your menu. It is looking good. But you may need some more veggies. Make sure you get those three cups. Fat could be an issue. Hard to say. Try using www.fitday.com to calculate if for you and let us know what kind of numbers it comes down with.
