| That is looking good. I know the cup thing is confusing. Definetly for the American readers. You can use the grams if you like. On induction I went with mainly counting carbs but making sure most of my veggies were from the salad list. (I did add the list for allowed food in your other thread. So it is not hard to know which foods are on the salad list.) Have to be careful with foods like onions and tomato - they can be very carby (especially onions -30gr of onions have about 2.3 net carb). Your menu is looking good though. Very balanced. I like that you are spreading veggies over all three meals and that you are not eating sweeteners. You are borderlining on the cheese. I think 4 ounces are about 118 grams. That is the max of what you can have a day There is no limit on mayo. Just make sure your mayo do not have sugar (or if it has to have sugar that sugar is one of the last ingredients added) What are you drinking?

| hi and welcome kausha - you may be able to find a copy of the book here Amazon.com: Used and New: Dr. Atkins' Revised Diet Package: The Any Diet Diary and Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution 2002 on Amazon. Your food list looks good. As far as mayo is concerned, when I first started I dipped and dunked all my vegetables and meats into it so I used 2 or 3 Tablespoons a day. The fats are what keep you feeling full inbetween meals. Keep up the great work |
