| I think you might be lacking carb-free fat. Remember that every ounce of cheese counts as 1gr of carbs. I don't know about your region, but here in Mexico baked turkey is considered low fat, and fat content of chicken breast is even lower. If you're in the 14-day induction phase you need something like 30% protein, 5% carbs (at most) and 65% fat, and the fat is what I don't see in your menu. Plus, a cup of sliced cucumber has 2gr of carbs.

| Looks pretty good - I would like to see a bit more veggies - I'm guessing you're at 1.5 - 2 cups? Aim for 3 if you can. Add salad dressing or mayo for fat. Glad you're getting lots of water

| Yes it looks pretty good. I agree with the two j's. I think you still may have to add some more food. At least do not go hungry. But great that you are getting in three meals. Yes do use some majo or butter or dressing to add fat. And aim for those 3 cups of veggies. Be careful about cheese. You are limited to 3-4 ounces. But I think that is a great improvement. How are you doing?

| VERY GOOD! I'm rarely hungry and I have control over portions!!! Cravings have gone down and I've had plenty of chances to cheat and didn't want to!!! I lost 14 lb in 12 days!!! |

| That's awesome! Can you find a "fatty" alternative to salad dressing/mayo? Doesn't appeal to me, but I've heard of people drizzling bacon fat over salads or using coconut oil or...? I'm also glad to hear the menu changes - less chance of getting bored!

| Sounds delicious if you ask me!!! Just keep an eye on the sodium, cured bacon usually has plenty You can also pump up the fat by using un-salted butter to cook
