| Can you make your fitday public? It is not right now so your link does not work. You can eat the usual stuff: meat, fish and eggs. It is what I eat practically every day. I have had salmon, sole, beef, pork, ribs for supper lately. | im going to start in about 2 weeks. cos its my birthday next week. so i drather begin after that. plus i have to buy and read the book and plan my meals i want to make sure ill be doing it right. |

| That's a good plan - read the book & plan ahead before you start. Take a look at Linda's website too - it has sample induction menus, as does DANDR ("the book"). Once you start to get results, it will be easier to pass up cake on your birthday & other special occasions, but it might be hard at first, so its a good idea to wait until you feel ready. When you have planned your first couple day's menus, post it including quantities & we'll review & make suggestions. Good luck

| thank you yes ill keep reading and lookin at recipes till i have made two weeks of menus. and ill ask for some advice to see if it looks ok.thanks |
