Your menu is low carb, but it's not Atkins. Remember Atkins is a high fat diet and during Induction 65% of your calories should come from fat, 30% from protein and 5% from carbohydrates.

You should also be eating 3 cups of vegetables per day---either 3 cups of salad vegetables or 2 cups of salad vegetables and 1 cup of vegetables from the "Other Vegetables" list.

Do yourself a favor and read the book before starting Atkins. Also take a look at the FAQ section on the Board and read the stickies on top of the Induction forum.

The book we use here is "Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution" (2002).

zee, with what you are eating your weight loss is going to crash to a halt. You do not have enough fat in your diet to satiate you and you do not have enough calories to prevent your body from going into starvation mode. You need to be eating more food and more fat if you want to lose. I know that sounds odd but it is absolutely true. Georgiana is right. You are not doing Atkins. Please educate yourself and do this WOE safely and successfully.

According to Fitday

Calories 500
Fat 3.2g
Protein 103
Carbs 5.5
Fiber 1.3

Does that sound healthy to you?
