| It is looking pretty good to me. I think that you are losing just fine. Perhaps you are a bit impatient but well we tend to be I suggest running things through fitday for a few days to see if some bad habits have snuck in or you have allowed a carb creep. With your workout you should be eating calories enough to cover what you do. You will get there.

| I agree - you are doing excellently! Losing inches is more important than losing pounds I feel - as they are a proof of you losing FAT!!! Many Atkineers find they end up in smaller clothes sizes even if they are at a higher weight than the last time they wore those sizes!!
