| It is looking good. Are you taking supplements too? Are you losing fine? The thing I would watch for is t *Cheese limit (of 4 oz) *Watch for the sugar in the dressings. *Only three servings of sweeteners a day so keep the ice tea to only two or three servings *Fat should be around 65% of our calories. Since it is all chicken you have to make sure that there is fat in there (dressings, majo, oils are good to add) You can try FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal and see how you are doing with those percentages. Good luck.

| how much is "plenty of water" -- 64 ounces of PURE water (nothing added) is the minimum you should be drinking daily....after you have your water there is time for ice tea -- what do you mean by "sugar free iced tea? Tea is naturally sugar free unless you are adding Splenda. Here are the acceptable drinks: This is from the "Read before you start" thread in the 14 day Induction area: Drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water each day, including: Filtered water Mineral water Spring water Tap water After your 64 ounces daily you can have the following: Clear broth/bouillon (not all brands; read the label) Club soda Cream, heavy or light (limit to two to three Tablespoons a day; note carb content) Decaffeinated coffee or tea* Diet soda made with sucralose (Splenda); be sure to count the carbs (may cause a stall in weight loss) Essence-flavored seltzer (must say "no calories" and should not contain aspartame) Herb tea (without barley or any fruit sugar added) Lemon juice or lime juice (note that each contains 2.8 grams carbohydrate per ounce); limit to two to three Tablespoons *Excessive caffeine may cause unstable blood sugar and should be avoided by those who suspect they are caffeine dependent. Everyone should try to avoid caffeine. |
