| Well look at you go!!! I am happy to review a menu you're actually eating. More fun that way. You're doing well. May have too much carbs for the onions there (if you measured it raw) But it is a minor thing Did you make a salad to go with your chicken? Used any dressing or you ate it with the cream fraiche? How did your quiche turn out? Are you excited? |

| yes i know it feels better, he he yeh i didnt realise untill after i eat them how many carbs are in onions. never mind. yes thats the salad i wrote with the chicken and i ate it wth the cream fraiche. my quiche was lovvvvvvley. im so impressed lol. i am excited although i have a headache. it says on my fit day ive had 68% fat so far an i havent had dinner, is that really bad?? also a cut a 2 thin slices of cheese of a medium block i bought and it said it was an ounce. is that about right?? cos if it is im shocked at how many cals are in that. also can u just check sumthing for me. every day we can have 3 tablespoons of oil, half an avaacado, 2 tablespoons cream fraiche (sour cream), 3 tablespoons double cream, 4 ounzes cheese, 3 cups salad - 1 of which veggies. is this right? cos im feeling so full at the moment and im feeling like im doing it wrong??xxx |

| In induction I often used green onions (scallions) to cut down on the carbs. I don't know if the cheese thing is right. It is hard to say without a weight sometimes. One ounce of cheese is about the size of two dice. Now for your question No limit on oil Sour cream - one ounce avocado - half (very worth it) cream (3 ounces) cheese - 3-4 ounces Salad 3 cups yes. Did you check the list it is right here. http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...induction.html (What foods can be eaten on Induction?) Also print out this: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ved-foods.html (Handy Wallet-sized list of Induction approved foods)

| it sounds like you are doing fine....like Liv said, just watch your onions - you'll be amazed how some foods really add up quickly while others have very few carbs. Once you get the hang of it you'll be full most of the time...something completely different than other eating plans! And the flavors are delicious! Keep up the great work.
