| I see you say in your other post that you are gaining weight. I would not worry that much about the five pounds right now - it may be changes with hormones. You have not eaten enough to put on 5 real pounds in that short a time But here is what I would suggest You are getting too much carbs from your cheese. I don't know what kind of cheese that is but normal hard cheese would not have that much carb in 2 oz. You may have to look for a different cheese with less carb. 8 oz of green beans are way to much. That is probably close to 10 carbs and you have to be under five for it. Make sure you measure your vegetables in cups properly. What are you drinking? Just water? How much? |

| i need a new weighing scale lol, dont think im doing it right. cos there were only a few green beans. and i had the carbs from a websie but not for the cheese i was eating :S:S i should read things more carefully. thanks though xx |
