| well my sis bf has this tea he drinks its made by lipton called red fruit - strawberry,cranberry and rasberry flavour - no fat/fibre/sodium/salt - 0.5 of protein,carbs + of which sugars. then ingrdients it says hibiscus, rosehips, natural flavourings. strawberry (.28%) rasberry (.28%) cranberry (.28%) not sure if any of these are added sugars? |

| Tea has about 0.5 carbs per cup (8 oz). So in 1 L you have 2 carbs... and in 4 liters you have 8 carbs. Not only does this put you over the 20 grams limit, but contributes so much to your total net carb intake that you are not getting over half of them from vegetables.

| sorry that wernt explained right. this is the first time right now i have tried that tea. i drink four litres of PLAIN WATER a day lol. sorry |
