In three days.
yes i do know coz i made those my self. i use 3 grated onions,chopped fresh mint and cilantro,and ground spices for 2 kg minced meat.
No.3-4 for lunch n 3-4 for dinner. Also i forgot to mention that i was taking medicine for regulating the liver function as my doc said it was a bit sluggish.just stopped a week ago ( coz the course has finished) n gained the weight in the same week.I have appointment wid the doctor the coming week where after test he will tell to continue or discontinue the meds. One More thing ,apart from spending one n half hour at gym , i am pretty immobile. i am a teacher so after school in the noon i sleep for two hours ,then head to gym , 8 p.m dinner n immediately after that i sat on the laptop four about 3 hours n then go to sleep at 11:30. I live in Bahrain ( middle east) and could not find DANDR anywhere in the few bookstores we have here? Anyone from Bahrain have any idea from where to get it. Sadia. |

| Your Vegetables are all wrong. Cucumbers and Tomatoes are not induction items. And also was the fried chicken batterd? |
