| Do your veggies add up to 3 cups? And are you sure you have no more than 1 cup of veggies from the "Other Vegetables" list? You should be eating either 3 cups of "salad veggies" or 2 cups of "salad veggies" and 1 cup of "other veggies". Flax is limited during Induction. There is an FAQ in the "Atkins Diet Induction FAQs" thread (on top of the "Atkins Diet 14-day Induction" forum) explaining this. Careful with the cauliflower pizza not to eat more than 3-4 oz of cheese per day. Is the black tea decaf? And nope, since it's not pure water it does not count as pure water.

| Thanks, Georgiana! Is it 3 cups per meal or per day? And yes, I'm trying to make sure and not use the "other" veggies as much...which stinks, because I have a ton of tomatoes in the fridge! The tea isn't decaf. I'm weaning off of a huge soda addiction so I'm letting myself have some very sparingly. I think it's helping today, I've been having huge headaches and today is a lot better. I won't have any tomorrow though. |
