| How could I spread my veggies throughout the day? I didn't know that eating a whole egg is better thanks for the tip. I checked the lettuce it was 2 cups. Is that ok? I checked the Crystal light and it does have aspartame so i will avoid that. The pork Rinds with BBQ did have sugar but the other ones that are just plain don't. So I guess no more BBQ for me. The green bean can would be the 2 cups so I guess I will avoid that as well. Should I just eat the Steak alone? Thank you |

| Since you've had 2 cups of salad veggies today, you can still have 1 cup of 'other' or 1 cup salad veggies. You can have 1/2 can of green beans with your steak Spread your veggies out by eating some with each meal, rather than all of them with lunch (A whole romaine sounds like more than 3 cups, so it looked like you had eaten all of your veggies in one meal).

| As they are now they are okay, sorry for the confusion. When you said "1 full Romaine Lettuce" I thought it's more than 2 cups and didn't notice the green beans (then forgot to edit that line). Quote:
