| It does seem a little low to me as well. Best way to be sure you are getting the right amount of veggies is to measure everything |

| So remember that you are counting net carbs and deducting fibre. That usually saves a few Also to get the veggies in right it helps to measure them in the cups. Remember two cups from the "salad list" this one is less carby so you can eat more in volume. Seems like you are a little high on cheese. Remember cheese limits of 3-4 oz (100-115 gr) If you do have to cut down on cheese you probably need to add some oil for more fat. Looked pretty good though
