| The percentages from the Duke University Study are not going to be replicated each day. They will change slightly depending on what you eat in both specific foods and quantities. It may be more helpful if you post your menu for review or if you wish, you can provide access to fitday for some posters to review and comment on. Your carbs for this particular day you measure seem to be on the low side. Are you eating only salads? Are you spreading veggies throughout the day to avoid spikes in sugar? Best wishes.
