| Exercise definitely helps. Are you skipping the cool whip now? I'd avoid anything that has sugar or aspertame in the ingredients list...most Ranch Dressings & Taco Seasonings have sugar. Linda's site has a Taco Seasoning recipe with no sugar/starches (it's really good). Here's an awesome Ranch Dressing recipe that's sugar-free: Sugar Free Ranch Dressing 2 cloves garlic 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup homemade mayonnaise 1/4 cup sour cream ( could try buttermilk) 2 tablespoons minced parsley 2 tablespoons minced chives 1 scallion, thinly sliced 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar freshly ground black pepper Mash the garlic and salt to a paste with the side of a chefs knife. In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic, mayonnaise, buttermilk, parsley, chives, scallion, vinegar, and pepper to taste. If the sauce is very thick, thin the dressing with a couple more tablespoons of the buttermilk. Use immediately or refrigerate, covered, for up to 2 weeks. Makes 1.5 cups

| Exercise is non-negotiable per DANDR 2002. Low carb bars may have set you back. Read labels and you will find that all the ingredients in Cool Whip are not on the Acceptable Food List or the Rules of Induction.

| Like Irish said - Cool Whip isn't allowed on induction - it's not on the acceptable food list because of the ingredients .... which are: Cool Whip is made of water, corn syrup and high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenatedcoconut and palm kernel oil (CPKO), sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), natural and artificial flavor, xanthan and guar gums, polysorbate 60 (glycosperse), and beta carotene. In some markets, such as Canada and the United States, Cool Whip is available in an aerosol can using nitrous oxide as a propellant. You can buy heavy whipping cream and make your own whipped cream: If you add a packet of sweetner make sure you count that as one of your 3 sweetners per day. Make sure the only foods you are eating are ones on the acceptable food list which you should have a copy of to refer to daily. Also, make sure you eat more vegetables other than salad veggies -- try to eat something off the "other vegetable" list -- they have more fiber which will help you stay regular, and also slightly higher carbs . You won't loose the exact way you did the first time, your body, lifestyle, etc are different than the last time. Eating more fat daily, a better variety of food and exercising will help get your weight going. Here are the recipe sites again - and the acceptable food list....check the recipes and find new meals you can eat with foods off the food list. | You are not doing anything wrong. You are probably experiencing the dreaded Post Induction Stall Syndrome. I suggest increasing your veggies to the required 3 cups. You are not eating your required amount of veggies now. And then move to OWL later by first adding even more veggies. I suggest trying out FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal to figure out how much you re eating. I looks like your calories may be low but fitday will be good. It will also let you know if you are getting the 65% of calories from fat that we are aiming for Soda can be a staller Good work on the water - keep it up Start to introduce some exercise. It does not have to be too much to fast but start doing something. Maybe try this challenge for starters http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...challenge.html (It's time for the 6th Semi-Annual 20/24 Challenge!) Do not set yourself up for failure by comparing yourself to what happened in the past. We change our bodies change. It is a new journey
