| It is a very good menu. I would worry a bit about under-eating but if you feel full and if you add that 4th meal when you feel you need it that should be fine. You can add some variation in there. Other veggies and other dishes but if you are fine that is OK. Taking your multivitamin too?

| Thank you for your positive feedback, it's very reassuring. Right now I'm taking a multivitamin, chromium picolinate, borage oil and fish oil. I don't feel very hungry normally, and when I do I eat. I think I'll continue to eat semi-small meals about 4 times a day every 4 hours or so to make sure I'm not eating too little. Again thank you to both of you.
