| If it's plain chicken---no seasonings or spices on it, then it's probably safe to assume it's 0 carbs. If the chicken has spices on it, then I would count at least 1 net carb per 3 ounces of the chicken.

| Chinese food, unfortuately is full of starches and sugars and bad stuff. Go for anything you can find without sauces. |
