| It is normal to be hungry the first couple of days. The body is looking for carbs and sending out "fake" signals - just keep eating it will not hurt you. Around day 3 you will turn to ketosis (fat burning) and things will go well. But you are not following the RULES. You are supposed to eat 3 cups of veggies every day. Where did your veggies go? And drink plenty of water - no artificial sugars -just water.

| You should also try to spread your veggies out among all of your meals. Eating them all at once can cause a blood-sugar spike & cravings
