| It is important to get in the at least 64 oz of normal water. Water really helps. As far as the diet drinks there are three rules that we follow *No more than three total servings of sweetener a day **Aspartame may be a staller and is not recommended (but if you are OK with it then go for it) *** Caffeine may be a staller If fitday counts carbs in crystal light maybe it has some. Manufacturers are allowed to say zero carb if carb content is under 0.5 per serving. But I don't know this. Tea also has some carbs.
