| You need to count all the carbs you eat. That includes veggies, cheese, eggs etc.. You also need to subract the fiber to come up with the net carbs. Carb-fiber=net carb. Have you read Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution~2002 edition? If not get yourself a copy so as to better understand the process. Good luck on your journey!

| During induction your total net carbs should not exceed 20 and most of those net carbs should come from veggies, not from eggs, cheese, cream, etc. |

| Good idea to use fitday. It can tell us so much about our patterns. Deduct the fibre - what is your carb count then (and yes cheese and creams and dressings are probably the culprit not vegetables - veggies are quite safe to eat for the most part. Cheese on the other hand can be a problem) On OWL we can eat up to 25 net carb on rung one (most of them coming from vegetables)
