gabolai is on a distinguished road
Smile Please review my menu I want to get this right!!!

Day One

1 fried egg, cooked in bacon grease w/ 3 fresh jalepeno slices
1 slice of bacon
1/2 cup of spinage cooked in bacon grease

tuna salad w/ 1/2 can of tuna 1/2 cup of romain lettuc, 1 tbl spoon goat cheese and 1 tbl spoon of mayo

canned sardines in mustard sause

1oz of cheese and 1 piece of ham

1oz of cheese and 1 piece of ham

10 large chicken wings cooked in luisianna hot sause and butter

Five 8 oz glasses of water

Day Two was similer except I ate 3 or four more of the cheese and ham snacks and I had a bacon cheese burger, no bun, for lunch and dinner w/ a half cup spinage

Five 8 oz glasses of water

Day Three (today)

2 Scrambled eggs, in butter and oil, 1 tbl spoon of avacado, 2 tbl spoon of cheese

1/2 cup of cabbage cooked in 3/4 cup of hamburger meat and 1 slice of bacon

can of sardines in hot sause

1 oz of cheese and three slices of ham

1 romain lettuse leaf with 1 oz of cheese, 1 slice of ham and 1 tablespoon of mayo

For dinner I plan on cooking some ribs with herbs and asparugus

my serving will be 3-4 ribs, and six asparagus spears.

I think I might make the eight glass quota of water today because I have already drank five.

my daily menu seems like soo much food, but I am sooo hungry all the time at this point.

Is it induction appropriat? What can I improve outside of the water?

Do ya'll know any thing that can satisfy my sweet tooth during induction?

THANKS!

Thanks for sharing.
And congratulations on starting. It will be an exciting journey I am sure.

Your menu is pretty good. This is not the time to worry about eating too much. Many of us who start feel hunger becasause our bodies are used to so much carb which is easy energy and the body is not used to change protein and fat into that energy. But that will come and you will be in ketosis and the appetite will drop again. In the meantime just keep eating legal.
But don't feed your sweet tooth - starve it as much as you can. Try a abit of cream cheese if you have to with splenda - but only in emergency (Are you familir with the moch danish? Some people find that cures some cravings)

OK back to what you can improve.
Water is a must - keep working on it
Vegetables - get used to eating your three cups - all three of them. Spreading them out is a good thing
Cheese - make sure you do not go over the limit. Make sure you do not use pre-grated cheese as this contains starch

Read labels on everything and not just where it lists carb - read the ingredient list and scan for sugars (syrups and things ending in -ose) and starches. Even zero carb stuff may have illegal stuff in it.

But it is pretty good. Keep going.

I agree with everything Liz said (as usual ). Ham is often cured with sugar - so be sure to check the ingredient list on that as well as the sardines, etc.

The sweet tooth does go away if you avoid all sweets...trust me
