| Looks really good. I think that is pretty perfect. I looked at your fitday and noticed that you entered your eggs as scrambled. Enter them as raw. Fitday is more accurate that way. If you enter them as scrambled fitday assumes you added milk to it or something. Also are your pickles really that carby? What does the label say?

| Yay! Thanks, I feel like I got a gold star on my chart You are 100% right about the eggs; I changed to raw eggs and it dropped to 22.5g of carb and the same amount of fiber. Thanks for that. Not sure about the pickles but that's a good point. The last jar caused trauma; it was a traditional Polish pickle that had sugar in the ingredients and I think tanked my first two days of induction. Cornichons won't have this issue, so I just guesstimated with a FitDay generic cup of dill pickles for today's menu. I'll add exact values off the label when today's shopping is done, but it won't have more carbs and it won't have any sugar, so at least I know my menu for today won't go over. Does that make sense?
