Good morning Rachel,
I think that is looking pretty good.
You eat other stuff than chicken right?
If chicken is your choice you may want to add some fat to it here and there (butter?)

Are your bacon bits real?

Good job on veggies and water
Hope you went lightly on that cream- was it sweetened with anything?
Are you feeling like you are in ketosis?

Keep going. I think you're on the right track

Hi there, thanks for replying. Yes I do eat all kinds of meat and fish. The chicken had the skin on and it wasn't breaded but the skin did taste nice and buttery with herbs. I'm not entirely sure about the cream I had about 1/4 cup of it, I need to go look it up on their website. I also don't know about the bacon bits, considering its a restaurant I don't think so, thanks for reminding me, I didn't even think about it. I'm definitely in ketosis, I woke up this morning feel great my body is fitting better in my clothes already and its day 7, I weigh in/measure Sunday morning, I'm about to leave to go to a Zumba class which burns fat like crazy so I'm praying for a good number when I weigh in tmmrw.

Thanks again~

~Rachel

There are a few things to get used to in the beginning. We all start by getting gradually used to things I think.
It is easy to make your own whipped cream. Commercial whipped creams have a lot of chemicals and sweeteners. I love whipped cream for a bit of a treat too.

So you feel thinner. That is great. One of the first places I felt thinner on was my fingers. Weird but that is how it worked.
