Default Super slow loss..

Monday 'will be day 14 of induction and I've only lost 1.5lbs. My family is losing much more rapidly. What gives? I am going to start tracking in fitday to make it easier to "share" my menu here and ask for advice.
I have been using the ketosis strips and just today they finally turned dark purple, I have read how those can be unreliable. This is my first post, thank you in advance for any insight!
I try ro drink 60oz min water daily.
I had Crystal Light Tea, 2 glasses.
1 EAS Advatage low carb breakast shake. 2net carbs.

bacon
lunch:
bacon cheeseburger (obviously no bun)
small salad w/ lettuce, tomato, ranch dressing

snack:
veggie tray
I had a few red pepper slices
1 broc. floret
2 celery pcs
dip was mad w/ sour crem & mayo

dinner:
pork roast
mock mashed made w/
cauliflower, cream cheese, butter, shred. chedder, sour cream

I take a daily multi and calcium supplement.

Again, thanks for taking a look and helping out. I have read the book, done atkins in the past, and am ready to lose!!

What's Crystal Light Tea? Is this stuff sweetened with aspartame? Aspartame might slow down or stall you weight loss, which is why Dr. Atkins advised us to avoid it.

No whey protein shakes during Induction. Is your menu high enough in fat? I can't say for sure... Atkins is a high fat diet (not high-protein), and during Induction about 65% of your calories should come from fat and 30% from protein. It is the fat, more than the protein, that makes us get into ketosis.

Aim for 64+ oz of water daily. This is the minimum during all phases of Atkins.

How much weight do you have to lose? The amount we lose is relative to the amount we need to lose. If other members of your family have more to lose, they'll lose faster even assuming you are all eating the same foods and having the same caloric deficit.

Imagine that you're doing great, losing weight, feeling better than ever, thrilled with yourself, hearing compliments from friends and acquaintances---and then it happens! Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!"

I have 20 lbs to lose, my huby who is not "on atkins", but eating my cooking, keeps losing. My MIL, who just started this week, already down 7lbs. She has 20-35 to lose.
The tea does have sweetner, I try to have only a couple glasses per week. I will cut those and the shakes this week, and hope for a loss.
thank you!

I think it will happen. You just have to hang in there. Where you do doing calorie restriction before you tried Atkins?
I would be careful with dressings from fast food places - very carby stuff. Or cheese from fast food places.
