| The Atkins shakes & bars are stallers for many people. I believe if you read the ingredients you will also find that they are not Induction friendly. I also think in one of the forums here on ADBB there are informative posts about these products. Also low carb ice cream is not allowed on induction or extended induction. I bet if you drop those from your menu you might see the scale go down. Lunch should include protein, fat & veggies. Good luck! Check out this site for some wonderful recipes. | Yes soren - you eat some Frankenfoods - (shakes and bars) Better to use whole foods and leave those for emergencies. They are clear stallers. Ice cream bars would not be induction legal. Pick up your exercise a bit. It is time.
